On Tuesday morning, I woke up at the unappealing hour of 4:30am, and made my way with some friends to a practice run for the Dirty Donkey 5k Mud Run. When I looked down and saw just how much mud was lodged in my sports bra and up my pant legs, I realized that I really didn’t know what to wear to a mud run. So I took to the experts, compiled a list of Dirty Donkey sartorial Dos and Don’ts for Metro Winnipeg and am now ready and roaring to take on the race.
